Burr Oak Commons is a brand new 55+ active adult community located in Delaware, Ohio, north of Columbus. The community is situated on 20-acres made up of 92 rental apartment homes that feature single story living with one or two-bedrooms, and a choice of five floor plan designs. Amenities include a commons area with a fireplace and bar, and an exercise area. Outside, residents enjoy a fire pit and community gardens. Burr Oaks Commons was the Gold winner for Best 55+ Apartment Living Community in 2022, awarded by the National Association of Home Builders.
